In the event of a problem
In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your energy service we recommend you start by following these steps:
Check that your property has electrical power
Check that your controls are set correctly
Check for further guidance in your Homeowner Manual
Check with the concierge that there isn’t a problem with the Loka network.
In most circumstances if there is a problem we will know about it before you do. Whenever possible we will send an email to all registered email addresses letting you know that there is a problem and what we are doing to fix it.
