In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your energy service we recommend you start by following these steps:

  1. Check that your property has electrical power

  2. Check that your thermostat controls are set correctly

  3. Check that you have credit (if you are on a prepay meter)

  4. Check the Service status section of this website for blockwide outages.
